Ditch Fear
Every adventure we take in life involves risk. I can always hear the voice of fear try to rise up in me and magnify the “what if’s.” As soon as I hear the fear I acknowledge it and then immediately replace those thoughts with my intention for a fun, safe and bliss filled adventure. I let my subconscious know the fear filled thoughts don’t serve me and won’t become my reality. The coolest part is the more you do this the fear becomes quieter and less and less frequent.
They say “do one thing that scares you everyday.” I think it’s because we were meant to face every fear we have in the face. It’s only when we break free of fear that we can co create lives filled with an abundance of love, joy, faith and freedom.
