Judgement

Yesterday we practiced releasing judgement as a family. We acknowledged the people, places and things we judge consciously and unconsciously. We then each shared how the very judgement we place on another points back to part of ourselves. We practiced taking ownership of the ways we embody the very things we perceive to be wrong in another. We admitted to the way the judgement gives you a quick ego trip but then leaves you unsatisfied. We talked about what might happen if we used our judgements as invitations into more love and greater freedom.
