Let’s talk about sex. No not just because it happens to be one of my favorite things, but because it happens to be one of the most powerful and healthy things we can do for our bodies, our minds, our relationships and our life!

A regular healthy sex life not only keeps your physical and emotional bond in your relationship strong, but it keeps your immune system strong!
It lowers your blood pressure and risk of heart attack, is a (I say the best;) form of exercise, burns calories, tones your pelvic floor, improves bladder control, and bowel movements, lowers their risk of cancer, improves sleep, reduces stress, reduces pain, increases blood circulation, libido, serotonin, dopamine, which are all happy hormones that reduces the chances of being depressed.
It boosts memory function, creativity, and brain power, and is linked to living longer!
Not to mention all the yummy goodness stays in your system for 48 hours after!
