What Makes You Come Alive?

At the beginning of this year I made goal to watch every sunrise and sunset possible. I have only missed a few days and it’s been so incredible! This morning we frolicked down the streets of beacon hill waiting for the sun, skipping and singing along the way. When you fill your soul up with what brings you bliss daily, bliss is what you will get back out of life daily!

Maybe it’s not travel, or sunrises, or sex, that makes you come alive, but whatever it is for you, do that thing and do it daily!
